DYNAMIX P/ INDA MATRIX "No Man Can Tame Me (Love Dominates)"

With the help of a leather whip and NYC's production duo Dynamix (Eddie Cumana and Beppe Savoni), Inda Matrix has but a single mission - literally, to dominate the dance floor. Released on the Kult imprint, this intense S&M-themed 12-inch release promises to set summer dance floors ablaze. The power of the A-side's Dynamix NYC Vocal Mix (10:58) with its chanted Amistad Intro is undeniable. Cumana and Savoni meld thundering tribal beats, captivating synth arrangements, and Inda Matrix's commanding vocals, proving yet again that they know how to fill a room. As an alternative, the B-side's Sonikflirt Dub (9:06) is a frenetic mix that combines looped vocals and solid rhythm. Even the Control A Pella (2:04), a spoken lyric track, is mesmerizing. Additional remixes from Junior Vasquez and Two Main Guys (Razor and Mike Pont) are slated for future release. Get it. Resistance is futile.

No Man Can Tame Me – Inda Matrix – Kult Records

Dynamix is back with a new vocalist. Inda Matrix, "No Man Can Tame Me" is now on promo 12’ on Steve Lawler’s label Harlem Records from the UK in the style of the dark more underground Mark Anthony Dub Mixes, and on Kult Records in the style of the Stompy Dynamix NYC Vocal and Sonikflirt Dub Mix as well as a feature Dominatrix Talk a capella on both releases. "No Man Can Tame Me" remixes are coming from Junior Vasquez, Two Main Guys, (Razor and Mike Point ) . DYNAMIX has established a worldwide reputation for explosive, international, big room music with tight percussion and thundering groovy bass lines. A multi-talented team, having proven themselves as song writers, DJs, producers and re-mixers, but with Inda Matrix they’ve just been dominated! With cuts like Amistad Into it captures that hard and deep underground sound stemming from fierce production work. You Better Work!

DYNAMIX W/INDA MATRIX No Man Can Tame Me

4 mxs+prod. by Dynamix, feat. Inda Matrix, who has previously recorded under her birth name Zhana: amistad intro; Dynamix nyc mix; sonikflirt dub; control a pella. Zhana's previously recorded hits are 'Sanctuary of love' and 'C'mon boy'. Watch out for the domineering vocal by Inda Matrix who wants us all and I mean all to get down on our knees and beg. The A side mix will be a standard for the hot steamy strip bars/ circuit parties having a progressive hard beat and erotic synth stabs, while the B side mix will work in the Jersey/ Tunnel rooms.

DYNAMIX PRESENTS INDA MATRIX NO MAN CAN TAME ME Kult-Harlem

Steve Lawler's Harlem imprint (UK) with some pretty kinky shit going on! The S&M orientated lyrics are matched with some seriously dirty beats from Canadian remixer Mark Anthony. Dynamix have a good pedigree with releases already out on MOS, Nervous, Avex and King Street and this is of the quality you would expect.

Review by Marc Roberts

NMCTM-Harlem Records

Steve has been a very busy man this year, but is ready with the third release on his label. Harlem 03 welcomes American duo, Dynamix, with their soon-to-be-floor-destroying Inda Matrix project. Previous cuts on labels including MOS, Nervous Kult, Maxi, Avex & King Street have found instant acclaim but here, No Man Can Tame Me, is surely going to be the one that really does da business... Dynamix are Eddie Cumana & Beppe Savoni, a Cuban groove prodigy & a Italian Stallion who’ve spent the past 13 years residing in NYC. Collaborating with vocal act, Inda Matrix, and a dark n dirty rework from Canadian producer / remixer extraordinaire, Mark Anthony, the result is a debauched S&M workout that’s gonna get everyone from Tenaglia, Tong, Digweed, Howells, Fontaine, George, & Smokin’ Jo, all pimping for a copy.

Che grinta questa Inda! Bello il modo in cui interpreta il brano (anche se non si può parlare di cantato), e il modo in cui lo personalizza, qualità che, unite alla produzione bella spinta, ne fanno uno dei miei preferiti del momento. (Translation) What attitude this Inda has! The beautiful way in which the song is interpreted (even if you can't say that it is sung), and the way that it is made personal, a quality that, united with a powerful production, makes this one of my favourites of THE MOMENT!

Dynamix presents Inda Matrix No Man Can tame me KULT on-Harlem Records

Steve Lowler's imprint Label unlashes its third release with another tribal workout that's not going to be unnoticed with remixes courtesy of Canadian Producer Mark Anthony. Typically New York -sounding with a subdle danceteria Flavor (Electro-key-Boards), "No Man Can tame me" sounds like Grace Jones gone S&M.

Jerry Bouthier **** Dancemusic-weekly.UK

Dynamix presents Inda Matrix No Man Can tame me KULT on-Harlem Records

The third release from Steve Lawler’s Label, which is keeping a strong tribal house flavor with this new track. With its driving percussions, it chugs away with various little Inda matrix vocal snippets over the top, cutting in and out. It breaks down to an S&M style raunchy New Yorky female spoken vocal, demanding some guy to beg, etc. Then it all pumps back in and off it goes. If this type of vocal does not work for you there’s a dub. On the other hand if you really love this style there's an acapella to play with!

DYNAMIX DUO- FIERCE TALENT ON THE VERGE (Next magazine spread) Mix maestros Dynamix’s Eddie Cumana and Beppe Savoni pump up the jams for divas Inda Matrix and Nina Eve:

Few in Club Land can tame this New York remix team’s housey hit-machine.

In the fickle and fiercely competitive world of dance music, most remixers prefer to work alone. And on rare occasions when they do pair up, their partnerships can easy falter. If gossip and scandal don’t break them up, simply creative differences do. But the New York duo Dynamix seems to have found the key to enjoying shared success on the dancefloor. For the last couple of years, Eddie Cumana and Beppe Savoni have seized clubbland with a slow but steady strings of energetic, edgy house hits that began with their 2000 anthem “Don’t want another man” (Featuring vocals by Tina Ann, (Jeremy Skaller, Eddie Cumana) and continued with last years’ stomper “Never get me” (Featuring vocals by Nina Eve). The boys up and coming single from KULT Records “No Man Can Tame Me” (Love Dominates) (Which unveils their latest vocal discovery Inda Matrix) should hoist Dynamix atop of the charts once again with this edgy sexy S&M groove-Think-The Dominatrix “Sleeps tonight” with a dash of “Independent woman”. Get the picture? three club anthems in as many years. Avoiding oversaturation, Cumana and Savoni prefer to balance their shared studio time with solo projects and individual dj gigs- At such renown world class nightspots as Stereo in Montreal and Club Womb in Tokyo. Chatting with us at his midtown studio, Cumana recalls the teen years spent sneaking into gay clubs, which he says sharpened his knack for modern disco drama.” I happen to be straight” but I am also a New York house rooted dj. I went to teen discos before I was a teen and I went to clubs before I was old enough to go to clubs. If you were a teen ager playing at parties and weddings and you want to graduate into playing at Clubs, man, it was all about the music at the Gay Clubs. I used to sneak into the roller skater nights at Roxy when I was fifthteen! You couldn't get good music at a teen roller rink..” I always went to gay clubs and preferred them”. Thought a self-proclaimed het boy, Cumana compares his partnership with Savoni to nothing less fragile than a marriage. “Its like a relationship, really”, Cumana says “we vibe like brothers”; “We check our egos at the door, and we don't hold our feelings inside. We try not to copy what other people are doing; Its all most like a mom &pop mentality right down to the individual sounds we use. If one of us does not like something about the mix, we drop it and move on. We’d rather find another way to work it out, and we give other the freedom to work on our own creative projects, weather its dj’ing or making our own music. A relationship came become a routine day in and day out. Technically speaking, Cumana’s specialties is drum programming, energetic, yet graceful, his tribal concoctions solidify Savoni’s textured synths, which in turn spreads a shimmering glade over the vocal. Simple yet sophisticated, Dynamix Arrangements tend to work with the song, not against it. Their music might build for big room response, but its also smooth enough to sound fierce on your Discman. “The technology has come a long way”, Cumana says, “but in some ways I still feel like the kid who worked at Sam ash after school. I was always bringing home a new drum machine and busting a beat”. The next project on Dynamix remix roster also takes Cumana back to his Club hopping days. Laced with kinetic vocals by house dive Sabrina Johnston, Lectroluv’s "Movin On" has been a break out hit at Junior Vasquez sunday morning Earth marathon for some weeks now. “To me, Sabina Johnston represents the music I grew up with” Cumana says, “She is as magical to me as a big Pop Superstar, because of where I came from” . “As a dj I have so many of her records, and I always use to play them at friends parties, so when I found out we were remixing a Lectroluv song with Her on Vocals, I was blown away!” And although Inda Matrix is not a new comer to the dance scene, Cumana says that Dynamix’s approach to her bondage-themed banter just may put listeners into mind of the classic disco’s surreal side. “Her vocal is just out there!” he says. “And I am not saying it sounds like Cerrone’s “Supernature’ but it remind me of that element that we like to see in dance music again. “Supernature” was spooky, What have we done to ourselves? kinda vibe..you know what I mean? Not too freaky to play in the Clubs but still out there! Perhaps its surprise that Cumana would ultimately like to apply such noir elements to a film score.” my favorite is Midnight Express’ by George Moroder. “But like I say, we give each other the freedom to dream like that”. I think our secret is that deep down, we don’t need each other - but we need each other!”
